With the implementation of GB 17945-2024, Fire Emergency Lighting and Evacuation Indication System, emergency lighting and evacuation indication products have entered a new stage of standardization. The new standard, effective from May 1, 2025, sets clearer requirements for the graphics, colors, dimensions, and display effects of evacuation signs.

Compared with conventional manual processing, digital production helps reduce human error and improve dimensional consistency, edge quality, and batch production stability.
Our roll-to-roll processing equipment also enables continuous production, improving material utilization and production efficiency while supporting different order volumes.
03 | Graphic and Dimension Development Based on the New Standard
Appendix D of GB 17945-2024 specifies requirements for the colors, graphics, and dimensional proportions of fire emergency evacuation signs.
For example, different graphic requirements apply to emergency exit signs, evacuation direction signs, floor indication signs, refuge floor signs, and other types of signage. The side length of an exit indication sign should generally be no less than 100 mm, while certain graphic elements are also subject to minimum dimensional requirements.
During product development, we can adapt the graphics according to the customer's lamp dimensions, drawings, and signage requirements, helping the film better match the structure of the final emergency lighting product.
